Our latest project
The Dreikönigsstrasse construction project combines the listed renovation of a historic building with a new building in the inner courtyard. The historic building offers 7 residential units and 9 office units with an area of approx. 30 m² to approx. 96 m², some of which have balconies, roof terraces or galleries. An additional 15 new residential units with an area of approx. 30 m² to approx. 64 m² are being built in the inner courtyard, all of which have terraces, balconies or roof terraces. The landscaped courtyard will be designed as a pocket park to create a green oasis within the complex.
