As the operator of this website (https://erwo-immobilien.de/); ERWO Immobilien & Beteiligungen GmbH & Co KG, Wieseneckstr: 26, 90571 Schwaig, Germany is the controller in the sense of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) who individually or jointly makes decisions on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, hereafter referred to as “data.”

You may also obtain deletion if you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing and if your data was processed unlawfully or if the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under EU or national law.
